Walk into a convincing hospital environment with our state-of-the-art Simulation Suites. Based in our Ashley 2 Building, the Suites support the School of Health, Education, Policing and Sciences bring academic and clinical practice to life.
The area is packed with equipment that mirrors the real-world environment, including CAE Juno and Ares manikins, a fully operational resuscitation trolley, SMART 150 Hoist, a Zoll defibrillator, and advanced catheterisation trainers for both male and female patients. The room is also equipped to train you for younger patients with QCPR Little Annie and Little Junior, and Baby Anne simulation equipment.

Get your fix of the behind-the-scenes technology and science that fuels the bodies of athletes in the 21st century. In the sports therapy teaching lab you’ll find everything you need to get ahead of the competition in one of the most critical sectors of the sporting world.
Inside the lab, you’ll discover specialist equipment that helps support both practical teaching and research, including 12 hydraulic couches, a Game Ready cryotherapy cuff system, both ultrasound and TENS combi machines and a Sprint Master, as well as technical facilities loaded with the latest in software for the development of sports related injuries and rehabilitation.

Our Sports Therapy Clinic is a working clinic, run by students and accepting paying clients on a regular basis for Sports Massage, Injury Assessment and Injury Rehabilitation. Here, you will have the opportunity to provide a service in a business environment while studying your degree. The Sports therapy Clinic includes professionally set up bays, hydraulic couches, massage beds and machine-led rehabilitation equipment including Game Machine. This facility runs in tandem with our teaching clinic, which provides the same great equipment and professional software like Clinical Complete Anatomy.
There is also a fully equipped Rehabilitation Area which stocked with gym equipment, hydraulic couches, and gait analysis machines, to give you, as a student the real-world experience of assessment and rehabilitation before you graduate.
