With a dividing partition, interactive whiteboards and TV screens, our Flexible Teaching Space comes equipped with all the facilities needed for a modern, innovative healthcare education.
Healthcare degrees require commitment from students, so taking the opportunity to have a break is important. We offer a wide range of support to our Stafford campus students, and are also lucky to have a thriving Students’ Union, with clubs and societies ranging from the academic to the adventurous!
Linking our existing and new teaching spaces, our Atrium is the perfect location to grab a coffee from the cafe next door, catch up with coursework, or simply chill between lectures and hang out with friends.

The Staffordshire University Sports Hall is located in the heart of campus in the Sir Stanley Matthews Sports Centre, and is a versatile place to both practice and compete while you’re studying with us.
The Sports Hall is equipped with indoor football, basketball, netball, volleyball and badminton courts, has a viewing balcony and offers rentable equipment and space for all students, so whether you’re studying a sports subject or you just fancy a social game, the Sports Hall is available to you.

With the latest Matrix Fitness equipment that includes running machines, cross-trainers, rowing machines, weights and more, our gym offers a great way to build your fitness and work towards a healthier lifestyle. Whether you’re exercising for the first time, returning to fitness after a break, or are a regular exerciser, we’ll provide as little or as much support as you need.
If you choose to live in University accommodation then access to the entire 80-station gym is free of charge, if not then membership starts at just £15 a month.
